How the Foundation Works

 Infinite Cyber Tech Solutions Foundation, NFP and Infinite Cyber Tech Solutions, LLC are separate legal entities with separate governance and finances. 

 The Foundation funds scholarships, technology resources, and community partnerships that support the ICTS After School Program and future initiatives. 

 The Foundation is governed by an independent board of directors and operates as a 501(c)(3) public charity in good standing.
